How Does Online Coaching Work

Choose the Right Program

After choosing the right program for you, you’ll need to complete an application form which will give me all the information I need to assess whether I am the right coach for yourself.

Onboarding

After a successful application there will be a 15 minute onboarding review where we’ll discuss some key points around your application and our next steps.

Join Bespoke App

You will then be invited onto my app based system I use to track all training, nutrition (if applicable), and trackable metrics.

Payment

On completion of payment all programs will then be released into your profile

Measure Workouts

You will be asked to measure and complete all your workouts through the app, this is very user friendly and allows you to leave comments about your workouts which I can review on a workout by workout basis.

Online Check ins

I’ll check in with you via video or phone depending on your preference, every 2 or 4 weeks (depending on program purchased) to review, analyse and plan next steps.

Message Me for Questions

Throughout your program with me you’ll be able to message me directly with questions or send videos of your exercises. I will reply back within 24 hours but will respond asap.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Essential & Platinum?

On the Essential plan we’ll have a review/check in every 4 weeks on the Platinum it’s every 2 weeks.

What is a review/check in?

This is a meeting every 1,2 or 4 weeks depending on the plan you’ve purchased. The review/check in can be completed via video call or audio call if preferred where we assess recent performance, analyse data & technique form and make adjustments moving forward.

What do I do if I have questions during my programme?

You can message me directly through the app based system we’ll be linked with. I’ll respond asap but no later than 24 hours.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

No you don’t!! If you have enough equipment at home then we can still build a program for you. If you have no equipment at all then I would recommend either investing in some equipment for home or joining a gym to maximise the benefit you can get from my coaching.

How many days a week do I need to train?

There is not one right answer for this question as it will vary from person to person. When looking through your application I’ll look at your availability and flexibility to train. I would however say that as a minimum at least 3 sessions per week is required to make significant progress.

How do I pay for a program?

There is no option to make payment through the website. All payments will be completed through the training system I use. Once a program has been confirmed with you you’ll receive a payment link through the app to complete payment.

Can I pay monthly for the program?

On the first course you purchase from me there is an upfront payment for the 12 weeks, this is what I see as a minimum commitment towards making significant progress towards your goals. At the end of your 12 week program you have an option to carry on with your program or choose a different program and pay monthly.

Can I cancel at any point?

Once you’ve made payment upfront for the 12 week course then there is no cancellation option for this course. If you move onto the monthly payment after your 12 week course then you can cancel at any time. When you’ve cancelled you’ll get the use of the program and myself for the rest of your paid period.

I’ve always struggled to stay with training or nutrition, how do I stay committed?

My aim will be to find a training program that you enjoy doing. If you don’t like going on the treadmill I’m not going to ask you to go on the treadmill. If you don’t enjoy training with barbells I’m not going to ask you to lift barbells.

Yiing is an expert at being able to find food that’s not only beneficial for your training but also your taste buds and lifestyle.

To make it simple myself and Yiing will work with you to find out exactly what you like in the gym and food outside the gym so it’s something you want to do, don’t feel like you have to do.

 

Do you only train people based in the UK?

I can train anyone from any part of the world which is one of the best things about being an Online Fitness Trainer. I do unfortunately only speak English.

What level of fitness experience do I need to have to work with you?

You could be in your first month of your fitness journey or have been training for 20 years, i’ll be able to help and work with everyone whatever your fitness experience is.

I’m under 18, can I still sign up to your training programme?

Unfortunately you’ll need to be above 18 to work with myself.

How strict do I have to be with my nutrition?

The nutrition assistance Yiing will need to give can vary so much from person to person. If someone lives on their own then they may want Yiing to put in a full meal plan for them, if someone has a family who they’re sharing meals with then they may want flexibility and multiple options. Every person that selects a programme that includes nutrition will get a macros breakdown as to what we require, the rest we can be worked on an individual basis. Our goal is to put you on a nutrition plan which is a plan you could easily stay on for the rest of your life.

 

How will we measure my progress?

There will be so many metrics as to how we measure progress depending on your goal. This could be via tracking weight lifted, reps, time, distance in the gym. Or other metrics such as RHR, steps, body measurements, body fat % and progress photos.
