About Paul Scorer

Welcome to my website and let me tell you a little bit about myself, my experience and why I hope to be the right person to help you achieve your fitness goals in the short and long term.

Starting when I was young I had a massive love for sport and being active. I did everything from Golf, Football, Rugby, Tennis & even Boxing.

When I was in my early 20’s and trying to find a career that I’d want to do, the thought of being a personal trainer became apparent as something that I’d love to do. I signed myself up to an amazing course and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I immediately started working in a commercial gym where I gained great experiences training clients inside and outside the gym and people with different fitness ambitions and goals.

Unfortunately as i moved away from the gym my own fitness went and i moved into a different career. 5 years it took me to start my fitness journey again, 5 years too long.

But from the moment I invested myself back into exercising and going to the gym the love for being fit, strong, healthy and all other positive aspects came back to me. My learning didn’t stop and I dedicated so much time to increasing my knowledge of fitness and the human body.

I was regularly being asked in the gym, ‘how are you doing this’ ‘what is it you’re doing. I loved answering peoples questions and helping them. That’s when a moment came and I thought …’This is my passion, I have so much to offer, I want to make this my career and lifestyle helping people on their fitness journey’.

I’m here because I want to help people achieve their goals and ultimately help people get fit for the rest of their life, not just 12 weeks. If this sounds like a journey you want to start then I’ll be ready.

Why Choose Online Coaching

This is a question everyone should ask themselves before making the decision to team with an online coach, there are pro’s and con’s.

Let me start with the con’s;

  • I won’t be there physically with you during your workouts to check every rep of every exercise you complete.
  • There are some online programs that when you’ve signed up you will be given generic plans and there is nothing personal about it and the work you’re doing may not be optimal for you.

Now let me tell you about the pro’s;

  • You’ll be working directly with me, just me. Every single exercise demonstration, workout and program has been completed and built by me. Everytime you’re having your check in it’ll be speaking directly to me. I’ve been qualified over 12 years and have helped men & women, young and …….older progres to achieve their goals, i’ve experienced it myself as to how to best utilise workouts and programs to maximise results.
  • When you’re signed up as a client with me you’ll be using my training platform, it’ll be like having an expert personal trainer with you at all times during your sessions.
  • Accountability, I’ll be monitoring all workouts and trackable metrics throughout your program, if I see something I’ll say something.
  • During your check ins we’ll be looking back over the previous period seeing what went well and where we need to improve, discussing and reviewing exercise form and setting our next steps to make sure we are optimising our training as much as possible.
  • If you select a programme that includes nutrition then you’ll be working directly with a Level 3 qualified nutrition coach. Yiing has vast experience working in pharmaceutical & mental health and brings huge health & welfare knowledge to the nutrition programme.
